ZNO-100

High Performance Zinc Oxide Powder

ZNO-100 is the Zinc Oxide powder produced by a special chemical wet process (under 20 years patent), compared to traditional production process (e.g. Franchi Process, Chemical Ammonia Process and Chemical Acid Process ), there will be no heavey metal issue if using ZNO-100, it has a nano structure and shows great reactivity and won’t be caking easily .

Application

Rubber Vulcanization : 5 PHR
EVA activate crosslinking agent : 6-7 PHR
Wild range of deodorant usage (e.g. oil field, face mask…etc.)

Use ZNO-100 along with VTC AMA 1-2PHR can solve migration and blooming in black rubber. *We don’t suggest it for any food usage.

Features

ZNO-100 has an unique nano structure and it has up to 99% real purity of Zinc Oxide content ; great to react in the process, not easy to be caking or gathering.
For Rubber application, ZNO-100 helps rubber to be vulcanized much faster than general Zinc Oxide and generate much better physical properties (e.g. Tensile Strength, Elongation Rate) than the general grades.
