HARD COAT
HC (hard coat) is a process to make the surface harder and provide anti-scratching and wear resistant ability. Generally, it’s judged by the pencil hardness test. WEATHERABILITY
The exterior paints should bear the damage from ultraviolet. Choose the suitable resin and UV absorber will help to increase the weatherability. ENCAPSULANT
When the electric parts have been assembled completely, the final step is to use a coating to seal the parts to make humidity isolation. |
THERMAL ISOLATION
The coating can highly reflect solar infrared and ultraviolet in the 400nm-2500nm range; prevent the sun's heat from accumulating and heating on the surface of the object. ANTI-STAIN
Not only fluorine but also nano silicic resin and can make the coating becomes anti-stain. The similar concept can be applied on water repellent coating. WATER REPELLENT
The major key point is about the water contact angle. The bigger angle represents the better hydrophobic ability which can protect the object to avoid the water contact. |
CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
We use solvent like MEK or Ethanol to wipe the coating to test the adhesion which is the general requirement for chemical resistance. ANTI-CORROSION
People usually call it anti-rust for the metal application. Our wood penetrating primer can also protect the inside nails to be rusted. |
