Multifunctional Plasticizer

HMP is a weak-acid and non fatty acid multifunctional plasticizer, suitable for the process of nature rubber like SBR, BR. When adding huge amount of filler such as rubber, carbon black, silica and calcium carbonate, HMP helps the rubber being compounded evenly, shorten the processing time and save the cost.

Features
  • Ts2 delayed effect:
    HMP can delay Ts2 scorch time and avoid vulcanization in the initial stage. It can increase process ability and suitable for using under the high temperature. Normally when we compound the nature rubber under the high temperature, it will decay but if we use HMP then it won’t happen.
  • High releasing mold ability:
    HMP can reinforce and increase the toughness of the vulcanized products. Adding some HMP in high hardness products can make the filler and reinforcing agent be evenly compounded and make the calendering process smoothly.
    It shows good flowability when the rubber is injected in the mold, no lacking rubber when discharging, generate great gloss and flat surface of the products; great mold released ability and can increase the physical properties well.
  • High vulcanizing and uniform ability:
    For the high filler contained and hard-process formulations, adding HMP can soften the rubber and improve the vulcanization make the rubber solid but won’t impact the hardness of the finished
    products. Use HMP in recycled rubber powder compounded with high
    dosage filler can help it to be mixed evenly, there will be no rubber
    pellet in the section then it will increase the physical properties.
  • Anti-yellowing and anti-migration:
    HMP can act as an antioxidant without any migration, no need to add
    BHT.
  • Anti-foaming and odor remove
