Anti Sticky Agent

RA-21 is a releasing and anti-sticking agent for rubber and polymer resin.
RA-21 can also be used as an internal release agent or external release agent. It can help the rubber compound to be evenly mixed, it can make the vulcanization complete, it has the characteristics of high fluidity and easy to release, it is not easy to stick to the dirt, and the surface of the finished product will be smooth, smooth and dry.

Application

It is suitable for rubber application such as Nature rubber (NR), SBR, BR,
IR, NBR, CR, EPDM and other rubber products.

Suitable for white rubber.
The surface of the finished product will be smooth, non-sticky and dry-touched.
After diluting 10 times by water, spray it on the hot mold, and it can be used as an external release agent.
No odor, no heavy metal pollution.

Storage

Must be stored in dry and cool place.

Dosage

1-2 PHR as an internal release agent or dilute 5-20 times then spray.
