Anti Migration Accelerator

AMA is a multi-functional anti migration accelerator, there would be no migration issue after using AMA .It also has the effect of side accelerator, plasticizer or softeners ; It can also improve the mixing and dispersion of "sulfur", "carbon or silica" and "filler"; can improve the operation and extrudability of rubber.

Application

It can be used in NR, SBR, BR, IR, IIR, NBR and EPDM…etc. rubber products. Dosage : 1-2 PHR
2. Save the blooming rubber products.
3. We suggest for black and dark rubber usage only.

Features

AMA can replace Stearic acid completely in rubber formulation then make the rubber no migration.
2. It can be used for saving foggy, blooming, migrationed rubber products.
3. It can improve the dispersion in rubber manufacturing process.
4. Be used along with ZNO-100 will show the best performance.
